Have a healthy diet with herbalife!
Not with skipping meal, eat less and etc..
I am a good example where herbalife brings to me a healthy diet way. Drinking shake twice a day wit a colorful meal. I do still eat kfc, mcd, pizza hut all those fastfood to satisfy myself as i have one colorful meal per day :D
